Dashboard and processors
The dashboard at app.apay.to is where you manage keys, processors, routing, refunds and team members.
The dashboard is at app.apay.to. Pilot customers receive an invitation; sign-up is otherwise open for sandbox accounts. Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app is offered at first sign-in and can be skipped in the sandbox.
Home and payments
- Home: volume, success rate and recent activity.
- Operations → Payments: every payment with status, processor, method and timeline. Open a payment to refund, capture or see the raw processor response and the webhooks sent.
- Refunds and Disputes: lifecycle views with actions.
Developers
- API keys: create and revoke secret keys. Keys are shown once.
- Publishable key and Profile ID: shown on the same page.
- Webhooks: URL, enabled events, secret, delivery log with retry.
- Payment settings: return URL, capture defaults, 3DS preferences.
Processors
Connectors → Payment processors lists the processors attached to your profile. Add one with its sandbox credentials, choose the payment methods and card networks it should handle, and save. The sandbox profile ships with Stripe Test (cards) and PayPal Test (wallet).
To add a real processor’s test account, for example Stripe:
- Add processor → Stripe, paste the Stripe test secret key.
- Enable cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Save. Payments now route to Stripe test and wallets appear in the checkout.
Routing
Workflow → Routing chooses the processor per payment: a default processor, a priority list, volume split, or rules by amount, currency, country, card network or metadata. Fallback routing retries a failed authorisation on the next processor.
Team
Settings → Users invites team members with roles (admin, operations, developer, view only). Each dashboard user can belong to several merchant accounts.
Everything is also an API
Everything the dashboard does is available through the API, so processors, routing and keys can be managed from code.
