Ordering the outreach

  1. Week 1: open self-serve sandboxes at Airwallex, Stripe and Xendit; attach them to apay so Apple Pay and Google Pay demos run on real processor sandboxes.
  2. Week 1 to 2: contact Netbank, ZA Bank, Wio and Freedom Bank with the partner overview and a demo link.
  3. Week 3+: follow up with the due-diligence pack, book scoping calls, pick one bank per region for a pilot.
  4. Keep Standard Chartered nexus, Japanese banks and Indian sponsor banks for after the first pilot; they need volume and local entities.
